During this two-part class we will make a permanent 3D model of your character in polymer clay.
The first week we will build an armature, and then use Super Sculpey to model the character.
The second week we will finish the modelling, bake the model and start the painting, giving you a permanent 3D representation of your character to take home for future reference.
Please bring drawings of the character you want to model with you to the first class.
Ideally, a character turnaround sheet showing 3 different views of the same character.
Materials supplied by Inkling:
Base boards, Tinfoil, Modelling tools, Oven for baking, Brushes, Super Sculpey, Gesso, Gouache paint.
