Imagine you are Sir Joseph Banks seeing Australian flora and fauna as though for the first time, but instead of having to traverse the wilderness to find these creatures, we will bring them to you, here at Inkling.
 
We will learn about, observe and document live Australian reptiles and insects through drawing, watercolour and collage.
 
We will also use a variety of preserved specimens, such as birds and small mammals, for our investigations.

This term we will be investigating: 


Stick and leaf insects 

Wild flowers 

Frogs  

Birds  

Nuts and seed pods 

Snakes 

  

CLASS INFORMATION

For students aged 12 to 16

For students interested in the natural world, building their art skills and learning advanced techniques.


6 week course starts Monday August 14th

60 minute workshops on

Mondays @ 4.15pm to 5.15pm


FEE: $20 per class or $100 for the term
